*Click Add button from the debiting acct and fill in appropriate fields

Stops/Holds

  • Tab will show any stops on payments or holds placed on checks. 
  • You can also add a stop payment from this page by clicking add at the top of the page.

Messages

  • Any messages on the account will be shown here

Acct Balance Protection

  • This tab shows the amount of BP an account has

Exception Items 

  • This is where you will find your NSF items to process

Memo Post

  • This tab will show you any debits or credits to an account that have not hard posted 

 (Alt + R)

Relationships 

  • This tab will show you a list of any signers on the account

 (Alt + V)

Service Fees 

  • This tab list all the fee’s to credit or debit a client’s account. 

Account Options

In Xperience, click the Related Functions button in the top right of the screen to see all account related options available.

Customizing Toolbar

  1. In Xperience, click Options in top right corner of screen.
  2. Click User Settings.
  3. Click the down arrow on the right.
  4. Click Customize Toolbar.
    • A list of available toolbar items appears. 
    • Click the option.
    • Click Add/Remove.
    • You can arrange the placement of the icons based on what you use most frequently.

Messages

Adding messages or alerts to an account

  1. Click Messages in Related Functions or in your toolbar.
  2. Click Add.
  3. From the Type drop down menu, select the type of message. 
  4. Type the message in the message box.
  5. Enter a date that the message expires.

All Fields Search

An All Fields button in Xperience allows you to search through all tabs of information.
