Cannot Launch Any Xperience Applications
This happens when too many tabs are open in Xperience.
Xperience allocates 2 - 4 sessions to each computer name. Once exceeded, the Unmapped screen displays as below:
Do the following:
- Close all tabs and exit Xperience.
- Re-launch Xperience.
Cannot Launch Silverlake or Synapsys from Favorites Menu
If you have updated Silverlake or Synapsys or you have changed the password for either application, then Xperience does not launch these products from the Favorites menu.
In Xperience, launch the applications from the Products menu.
If you want to add Silverlake or Synapsys to your Favorites menu, remove the existing shortcuts from your Favorites menu, launch the applications from the Products menu, and then add new shortcuts to your Xperience applications.
DeleteCannot Use Silverlake Password in Synergy
Silverlake passwords must be 10 digits or less to work in Synergy.
Change your password in Silverlake to be 10 digits or less, and then you can use the same password to log in to both Silverlake and Synergy.
DeleteSignature Cards Do not Pop Up in Teller Processing
Sign into Synergy with your Silverlake password.
If you are already in Synergy, then make sure that you have selected the correct table on the Find Reports page drop-down menu.
DeleteSynapsys Errors
If you see Synapsys errors, contact the Help Desk at ext. 39744 to have them reset your Synapsys password.
DeleteUnable to Allocate A Record When Recalling an Account
This error displays when another user is using the account you are trying to recall. Wait 5 minutes and recall the account again.
