If the client decides to remove/drop/cancel a Centrix dispute, do the following:
- Click the Centrix Dispute icon located on your desktop.
- Enter a client account number, client name, or Tax ID.
- Locate the Dispute ID number.
- Send an email to _Transactional Risk & Fraud Prevention.
- Subject line: Centrix Dispute (Dispute ID number)
- Explain the circumstances surrounding the dispute and why the client wants to drop it.
