To locate bounce protection information, see one or more of the screens listed below.

Account Tab (Account Inquiry Screen)

Displays title Available + Bounce in the available balance field. The balance displayed here is the DDA available (as currently calculated) plus the BP limit amount. 

View Balance Calculations by clicking the numerical balance to the right of the words Available Balance + Bounce. This screen displays the BP Limit of either $300, $500, or $750. This screen also displays if the client has any other form of ODP with available funds. In the example below this client has a BP limit of $500, in addition to an ODP available limit of $413.16. 

NSF/OD Tab

This tab displays the client's current Reg. E Opt In election.

Exceptions Historical Tab (Account Inquiry Screen) 

This tab displays the NSF, OD, and Returns counters. Items paid within the BP limit are not included in the NSF counters. These items are included in the OD and Returns counters.

Bounce Protection Master File Inquiry

This is a two-page screen. Press the Page Down button to view the Bounce Protection counter information. Functions available from this screen include History, Maintenance, and DDA Inquiry. The BP Status Code is also available from this screen.
