It is imperative that you remain diligent in your client identification efforts, especially when you see one of the following banner messages:
Note: If a client is requesting a card order/re-order by phone and the banner message indicates a recent address change has been completed for the client, the client must wait 10 days from the date of the address change before the card can be ordered/re-ordered. Click on Related Functions and view maintenance History. Advise the client that they may visit an office to identified in person and obtain an Instant Issue debit card.
When a client contacts you to request a debit card for an existing account where there is no active card on the account:
- Verify the client's CIF number(s).
- Click one of the following tabs.
Consumer
- In Xperience, click SilverLake > StreamLine Platform Menu.
- Choose Recall Existing Account from Core.
- On the Inquiry/Website Selection screen, click OK.
- On the Inquiry/Website Selection screen, click OK.
Complete the StreamLine Account Recall Selection.
Do the following:
- From the Application type drop-down menu, choose D = DDA.
- In the Account number field, enter the account number. The Branch number automatically fills in.
- In the Platform type field, enter *MO.
- Click OK.
- If the Account Already Exists dialog box appears, from the Update the StreamLine Account drop-down menu, select Yes.
- Click OK.
On the StreamLine Account Maintenance - Change screen, click OK.
- If the Primary CIF Inquiry Code field is blank, ask the client to create an inquiry code. If the client is not the primary account owner, enter need code. Click OK.
- Complete the ATM Card record.
40 - ISO number
- In the ISO number field, click prompt (F4).
- Select CONSUMER DEBIT.
- Note: For Private Client Checking accounts, select PRIVATE CLIENT CHECK DB.
- Click Select.
- In the 50 - Card Number field, click prompt (F4). A card number fills in.
CIF field
In the CIF Number Short Name field, type in the client CIF or the client's social security number (SSN).
- Click OK.
- When the correct CIF appears, click Select.
110 - Individual Name
Automatically populates after the Consumer CIF number has been selected in line 80. The field has a 21 character limit.
If the Individual Name extends beyond the character limit marker, work with the client to find an appropriate abbreviation (i.e. use middle initial, delete middle name, shorten first name).
Click OK.
170 - Checking Account Number
- In the Checking Account field, enter the checking account number. Note: The savings account number is optional.
- Click OK.
- The StreamLine Account Maintenance screen updates to reflect the Optional Record Items; an asterisk next to *ATM (Passport) indicates that the card was ordered correctly.
200 - Is primary address new?
- In the Is Primary Address New field, type N for no.
- Click Select.
- Click OK.
- Screen repopulates to reflect
Click OK.
If a notice appears to indicate Embossed Name length allowed for Visa is 21:
- Line 110 will be highlighted to indicate the Embossed name exceeds the 21 character limit.
- Be sure to adjust the name to not exceed the character limit marker.
- Do not delete the full name in line 110.
The StreamLine Account Maintenance screen updates to reflect the Optional Record Items.
- An asterisk next to *ATM (Passport) indicates that the card was ordered correctly.
- Click OK.
Upload Card.
Change Upload Optional Record to Y-Yes.
When prompted would you like to create an ATM account for this card, select Yes.
Delete
Business
- In Xperience, click SilverLake > StreamLine Platform Menu.
- Choose Recall Existing Account from Core.
- On the Inquiry/Website Selection screen, click OK.
Complete StreamLine Account Recall Selection.
Do the following:

40 ISO number
- In the ISO number field, click prompt (F4).
- Select Business Debit.
- Click Select.
- In the Card Number field, click prompt (F4). A card number fills in.
80 CIF field
- In the CIF Number Short Name field, click prompt (F4). Do not type in the CIF.
- Be sure you are entering the Business CIF information in this field (for Sole-Proprietors enter DBA CIF).
Acceptable inputs include Short name, CIF number, and Tax ID number.
- Click OK.
- When the correct CIF appears, click Select.
110 - Individual Name
- Click
prompt (F4), to select the authorized individual.
- Note: For sole proprietors this field may default to the DBA. Delete and replace with the authorized individual name.
- This field has a 21-character limit and accepts no special characters(#,&,etc.)
- If the Individual Name extends beyond the character limit marker, work with the client to find an appropriate abbreviation (for example: use the middle initial, delete the middle name, shorten the first name, etc.).

Do not delete this field or the name will not print on the card, causing a reorder.
140 Business Name
- Automatically populates with the Business Name associated with the CIF entered on Line 80.
- Note: For sole proprietors be sure the DBA name displays in this field.
- This field has a 21-character limit and accepts no special characters(#,&,-, ",etc.)
- If the Business name extends beyond the character limit marker, work with the client to find an appropriate abbreviation or eliminate extra characters.

Do not delete this field or the name will not print on the card, causing a reorder.
Click Next Records.
510 Checking Account Number
- In the Checking Account field, enter the checking account number. Note: The savings account number is optional.
- Click OK.
- The StreamLine Account Maintenance screen updates to reflect the Optional Record Items; an asterisk next to *ATM (Passport) indicates that the card was ordered correctly.
Is primary address new?
- In the Is Primary Address New field, type N for no.
- Click Select.
- Click OK.
