We are excited you're here!
It's your first week, so everything is new and unfamiliar. We want you to have a successful, consistent, predictable, and exceptional work experience. We strongly believe that success is aided by preparation, so we have designed a 90-day plan to help you transition smoothly into your new role.

- Meet S.A.M and observe our standards for delivering exceptional client experiences in action
- Learn what to expect from training, payroll, and benefits
- Have support from your manager, co-star, and fellow bankers to guide you through the process
