Adding or Changing Users in PPM Pro

Instructions for requesting changes to your team in PPM Pro


The Project Management Office (PMO) manages user access in PPM Pro, the time tracking system used by associates that work in departments within the Services Company. 

Contact Zeynep Solak to update, change, or add your team to PPM Pro. 


Request Type Information Needed
Add a user to a team Associate name
Email Address
Immediate supervisor
Team name the user will join
Settings: If matching an existing user, indicate "Same setting as John Doe"
Change a user's access or team Associate name
The team name that the user should be added to or removed from
Immediate supervisor, if changing
Settings: If matching an existing user, indicate "Same setting as John Doe"
Remove a user from PPM Pro Associate Name
Effective Date
Create a new team in PPM Pro Contact Zeynep Solak to set up a consultation
