Getting Started with DDI Pinpoint
Every manager has a DDI Pinpoint account. To sign in for the first time, use this link.
- Click Forgot Your Password?
- Enter Your work email (example: doe.jane@ccbg.com).
Note: If you have multiple work e-mail addresses, your DDI pinpoint account uses the same email address as StarU Online. - Use the link within the system-generated password reset e-mail to create your password.
- Login to DDI Pinpoint

There are 2 ways to access DDI Pinpoint:
- From StarU Online. Each class that uses the platform includes links and reminders of how to login or to find troubleshooting help if you run into a snag.
- Visit https://pinpoint.ddiworld.com/ccbg to go to the DDI Pinpoint website directly using Google Chrome. Bookmark the address in your browser for easy access, anytime.
- When returning to DDI, single sign-on (SSO) is used.
If you ever run into a problem, DDI offers always-on technical support through Service Ready.
