Clients who want to terminate the Night Depository Specialized Services Agreement may do so in writing.

• The termination notice must be signed by the account owner.

• Clients may deliver the notice to the office or mail it to Capital City Bank, P.O. Box 900, Tallahassee, FL 32302-0900.

• Keys to the Night Depository Drop+Go facility and any other equipment issued to the client for use in the Night Depository Drop+Go facility must be returned to the bank.

• Return the Night Depository Drop+Go facility keys to the Lead Teller or Client Experience Manager.

• Retain the originally written termination from the client with the Night Depository Specialized Services Agreement closed contracts.

• Place a copy of the written termination notice with the daily work for imaging.
