Building Access Cards
Building Access Cards are issued by Corporate Security and are assigned to an associate. Card assignments are NOT logged on the Combination and Key Control Record .
For new associates, the Authorized Manager must complete the Capital City Bank (CCB) Building Card Access Form and forward it to _Corporate Security to have a card and a location assigned to the associate.
When associates transfer to another location, they retain their current card. An Authorized Manager must complete the CCB Building Card Access Form and forward it to _Corporate Security for the associate's location permission to be updated.
DeleteFobs
Fobs are issued by Corporate Security and are assigned to an associate. Fob assignments are NOT logged on the Combination and Key Control Record.
There are 2 types of fobs:

Access Control Fobs are assigned to associates that normally open and close the office. These are intended to be taken home by the assigned associate but stay with the office if the associate transfers to another location.
- To assign a fob to another associate, the Authorized Manager must complete the CCB Building Card Access Form and forward it to _Corporate Security for processing.
- Panic Button Fobs should never be taken out of the office. Each office is assigned at least two panic button fobs.
Fob Batteries
Fob batteries can be ordered through Forms Management Inc. (FMI). When replacing batteries, be sure to place your system in test mode before removing the old batteries.
DeleteLost Building Access Cards and Fobs
Building access cards and fobs are managed by Corporate Security. If either has been lost or stolen, contact _Corporate Security immediately to report the loss so the card or fob can be deactivated.
*NOTE: The associate may be charged for replacement costs due to building access card or fob loss. Contact _Corporate Security for any additional information on the replacement process.
