Downloading Browsers

Clients may experience issues with our Online Banking Services due to the browser being used for access.  

To assist clients with downloading alternative browsers, click a tab below.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to www.mozilla.org.
  2. Click Download Firefox Free. A dialog box asks if you want to run or save this file.
  3. Click Run. Firefox begins the download. This may take a few minutes. When the download finishes, a dialog box asks if you want to install Firefox.
  4. Click Continue. This launches the Setup wizard, which guides you through additional steps.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to install Firefox. 
  6. Click Finish when setup is complete. 
  7. Look for the Firefox icon on your desktop.
  8. Launch Firefox by double-clicking the Firefox icon.

Google Chrome

  1. Go to www.google.com/chrome
  2. Click Download Chrome. This opens the Terms of Service dialog box.
  3. Use the check boxes to set Google Chrome as your default browser and to automatically send usage statistics and crash reports to Google.
  4. After reviewing the Terms of Service, click Accept and Install.
  5. Depending on which browser you are using to download, you may have to allow the Google Chrome installer program (ChromeSetup.exe) to run.
  6. Once installation is complete, Google Chrome automatically opens to show first time use information. From here, you can login to your Google account to sync bookmarks, preferences and browsing history with any Chrome browser that you use.

Edge

  1. Navigate to Microsoft's Edge page.
  2. Click the arrow on the Download button. A list of operating systems appears. 
  3. Select your operating system.
  4. Click Download. The Terms of Service dialog box appears.
  5. Scroll to the end. 
  6. Click Accept and Download. A dialog box asks if you want to run or save this file. 
  7. Click Save.
  8. When the file is done downloading, another dialog asks you what to do with this file. Click Open Folder.
  9. In the folder that opens, locate and double-click MicrosoftEdgeSetup.exe.
  10. This launches the Setup wizard, which guides you through additional steps.
  11. Follow the onscreen instructions to install Edge from the wizard.
  12. Click Finish when setup is complete. 
  13. Look for the Edge icon on your desktop.
  14. Launch Edge by double-clicking the Edge icon.
