e-Statements are available to view and/or print for 18 months through our Online Banking Services.

Tell clients to follow these steps to view and/or print e-Statements:

1. Log in to their Online Banking account. 
2. Click Services > e-Documents
   
3. A new tab opens in the browser. 
4. Click Statements and Notices. 
5. From the View Statement/Notices For drop-down menu choose the account for e-Statements
   
6. Click View next to the e-Statement to view/print.
7. The e-Statement opens.
8. To print, do one of the following:
   • Right-click and choose print. 
   • Click the printer icon in the top right corner.
