Office Scorecard and Review/ Significant 7 Score Card

This quarterly report, most commonly referred to as the Significant 7 Scorecard, ranks offices in accordance to their performance in 7 keys areas:

  • Credit Card sales 
  • Merchant Services Qualified Referrals
  • Carefree Checking success
  • New DDA 
  • OSAT
  • Office Record Reviews
  • Teller Performance Standards

 

This report includes the office ranking, the results, and letter grade for each area, the average score, final grade, and rating.   

Tabs are included for historical data and year to date.   

To access this report:  File Folder > Operations J: Drive > Lead Teller > Office Scorecard > choose year

It is important that leaders are verifying accuracy of their totals so that any errors can be identified prior to the scorecard being finalized. Regional Experience Managers (RXM), Client Experience Managers (CXM), and Lead Tellers (LT) receive an e-mail once the tentative scorecard has been released. Within that e-mail a deadline is provided for any scorecard corrections required.
