To edit the after-hours call list in SecureStat, do the following:
- Log into SecureStat.
- Click the SecureStat User Login Here box.
- Select This is a Private Computer.
- Enter your Username and Password in the fields displayed.
- If you have changed IP addresses since your last log in you are required to enter a new access code from Securitas.
- Click Submit.
- Use the Filter By drop-down menu to choose Account.
- Type the City or Office you are updating.
- Wait for the requested office to display in the drop-down menu and click on it.
- Under Contacts, choose Edit.
- Choose one of the following:
Modify Contact
- The Contact Selection screen displays information for the associates.
Click on the associate you want to modify.
Select Modify.
More than one entry under Acct # indicates that the associate's verbal personal identification number (VPIN) is on file for more than 1 office.
The Primary tab displays the associate name, VPIN and authority level on file.
The Contact tab displays the contact information for the associate.
Update contact information accordingly. Note: Click the numerals 1 - 4 to add additional phone numbers for the associate.
The Call List tab allows you to add or remove the contact from the call list.
Use the drop-down menu to choose a call list slot. Note: If you choose DO NOT CALL, the associate is removed from the list.
Under the Misc. tab, click the Email PIN (Verbal Code) box to have the VPIN the associate chose sent to them via email from Securitas.
Click Save once you have completed the process.

Order Call List
- The Order Call List displays.
- To reorder the after-hours list, click the Up or Down arrows.
- Click Save when you are done with your changes.
- Note: To remove associates from the after-hours list, choose the Modify Contact option.
- The Order Call List displays.
