Overview
Capital City Bank’s video surveillance software is provided by March Networks. The software is called Video Sphere™ Visual Intelligence. It is a scalable video surveillance software suite that delivers advanced management, investigation and reporting tools across analog and hybrid/IP environments. The suite enables organizations to improve loss prevention, liability management, asset protection, and customer and employee safety. It is commonly referred to as March Networks at the Bank, and appears on your desktop as Command Client.
NOTE: If you do not see Command Client then you need to reach out to Help Desk (ext. 397400) to have them download it on to your desktop. Make sure they download Command Client and not Command Player.
Logging In:
- To open the login window, click the Command Client desktop icon.
- In the login window fields, enter the following information:

Server address: This should automatically populate.
- If it does not, enter Mills
- User Name: your network ID
- Password: This is provided to you when you are given access. If you need your password reset, reach out to the Help Desk by calling ext. 397400.

Navigation
- To view a larger list of the offices, collapse the Personal tab in the bottom half of this panel.
- For a larger Viewing (central) panel collapse the panel containing incorrect logins running across the bottom of the window.
Viewing a Single Camera
To view a single camera feed do the following:
- In the Logical panel, locate the name of the office.
- To display a list of all the cameras in an office, click the Arrow to the left of the name.
- To see a live video feed, click and drag the desired camera name to the middle of the Viewing screen.
- The program automatically begins playing live feedback from the selected camera. For example: under Logical > Alachua left click and drag Associate Door to the black empty area of the window and a live video stream displays.
Viewing Multiple Cameras
To view multiple cameras at the same time, do the following:

Select the checkered square on the top right corner of the screen, above the date and time.
- From the drop-down menu, select your desired screen layout.

- Add cameras to each video panel by dragging and dropping the camera name from the Logical panel.

To synchronize all videos to show the same date/time do the following:
On the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, select the icon with four white squares and a play symbol.
Press the Play button. All screens should synchronize and begin running from the same date and time.
Taskbar
Jump Back 10 Seconds
Allows you to rewind the video 10 seconds.
- Located on the far left side of the taskbar.
Skip, Rewind, Play, Pause, Fast-Forward, and Stop:
Buttons for basic video navigation.

Skip: Left-hand triangle with a line on the left (mirrored on the right-hand side). These icons are normally grayed out.

Rewind/Fast-Forward: Allow you to view footage faster or in reverse at multiples of 2. (Note: These buttons only work while the video is playing. If the video is stopped the footage will not fast-forward or rewind.)

Play/Pause: To start and pause footage.

Stop: Stops the video footage.
Synchronize, Timeline Find, Export Video, and Take Snapshot:

Synchronize: See the Viewing Multiple Cameras accordion in the Navigation tab for information on the Synchronize button.

Timeline Find: Allows you to research previous dates and times in greater increments than you can with fast forward and rewind. (Note: This function is only available to users with Investigator View.)

Export Video: Allows you to download video clips. See the Export Video tab for instructions on exporting video.

Take Snapshot: Allows you to take a still picture of what is on the screen.
Zoom Features:

Digital Zoom: This allows you to create box on the footage to zoom in on by doing the following:
- Click on the video panel you want to zoom in on.
- Click the Digital Zoom icon.
- Your cursor will change to a plus sign (+).
- Click and drag over an area to create a box. The selected area displays a zoomed in video feed.

Select Area to Zoom: This pairs with Digital Zoom and allows you to create the zoom box on a specific video panel.

Move Zoom Area: Allows you to move the box around in the panel you created in Digital Zoom.

Real Image Size: Centers the box you created with Digital Zoom to the center of the video panel.

Fit to Window: Brings the panel back to full screen after a box has been created.
Note: To view a specific panel in full screen, double-click the video panel to expand.
DeleteVideo Edit
On the far right of the taskbar is an icon that looks like a sun. This button opens a window that allows you to adjust the Brightness, Sharpness, and Contrast of the footage.
Exporting a Video
Use the Export Video button on the taskbar to save videos for Capital City Bank Group purposes or outside agencies such as law enforcement. Follow the instructions below to export videos.
- On the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, click the Export Video icon.
- This opens the Export window with Export as View selected as the default.
- Select Export as Separate Video Channels. This allows you to export the video in a format an outside agency can view.
- All camera feeds that were open prior to clicking Export display in a list under Separate Video Channels.
- There are Start and End date and time boxes at the bottom of the window, use these to select the date and time you wish to start and stop the video that will be exported.
- The system defaults to a 1 hour interval if you only enter a start time.
- Click Next to move to the next screen.
- Under Destination, click Browse to indicate where you would like the video saved.
- Select Include Command Player. This allows an outside agency without March Networks to download a lite version of the program, allowing them to view the footage.
- Click Export. The Export window closes automatically.
- An Export tab will appear at the bottom of the screen. Use this to monitor the status of your video export.
Additional Functions
The following buttons can all be found at the top of the March Networks window.

Additional Screens: The large plus icon to the left of the camera name. This button opens a new screen.
The following icons are on the far right of the taskbar at the top of the screen:
Lock/Unlock: Allows the user to lock the screen, keeping any extras or adjustments the user made in place.
Save As: Allows the user to save the video on the current screen to a folder or destination of the users choosing.
Grid Size: Allows the user to set the number of screens to be displayed. For more information on this button see the Viewing Multiple Cameras accordion in the Navigation tab.

Change Resolution: Allows the user to move between auto, high, medium, and low resolution.
Note: It is recommended to leave the resolution set to Auto.
Text Area: Allows users to apply text to the image. The bank's current version of March Networks does not have access to this feature.
Move Text: Allows user to move the text added with the Text Area function. The bank's current version of March Networks does not have access to this feature.

Full Screen: Allows the user to view the camera(s) in full screen mode without any other icons or taskbars visible.
Double-clicking on a single panel will also enter full screen mode.
To exit full screen, double-click anywhere on the screen.
