To dispute charges on a Harland statement, do the following:

1. Direct questions about the validity of a charge on the Harland statement to _SupportU for research. 
2. Approve the invoice for full payment as to not hold up payment to Harland.
3. SupportU reviews the disputed item, and if needed, requests research from Harland. 
4. If Harland decides to refund the charge, they must post a credit to the statement.
