Clients can request changes to their established Online Banking service. These maintenance changes include:
- Add/delete business accounts
- Add/delete consumer accounts
- Delete Online Banking service (client deceased)
- Delete Online Banking service (closed relationship)
- Update email address
- Update SAC
- Update Multi/User information
When a client requests Online Banking service maintenance, do the following:
- Create a Synapsys Service Event > Service Session > Online Banking > OLB -Maintenance.
- Complete all required fields.
- Click Submit.
