Online Banking Maintenance

Clients can request changes to their established Online Banking service. These maintenance changes include:  

  • Add/delete business accounts
  • Add/delete consumer accounts
  • Delete Online Banking service (client deceased)
  • Delete Online Banking service (closed relationship)
  • Update email address
  • Update SAC
  • Update Multi/User information

When a client requests Online Banking service maintenance, do the following:

  1. Create a Synapsys Service Event > Service Session > Online Banking > OLB -Maintenance.
  2. Complete all required fields.
  3. Click Submit.
