To access CSR Assist do the following:  

1. Log in to Q2 Central. 
2. Under Reporting, click (######) Logins.
3. Identify the client using one of the following: 
   • Identification: CSC Phone Procedures
   • Clients in person
4. Search for the client using his/her primary CIF.
5. Right-click the client's login information.
6. Choose CSR Assist. The CSR Assist window appears.
7. From the Policy drop-down menu, choose View Only.
8. Enter your Q2 Central username and password.
9. In the Display option, check Within Q2 Central. 
10. Click OK. 
11. Click Login.
