External Transfers Terms and Conditions
The Bank-to-Bank Transfer feature is available for consumer use only and not for business clients. The bank offers business clients the Treasury Management ACH service.
- If CCB becomes aware that a client is using this service to conduct business account transfers, then CCB can terminate that client's use of bank-to-bank transfers.
- Outbound transfers made from accounts are debited on the day the transfer is made. The external account is credited according to the receiving bank’s availability and transaction processing schedule, which typically takes between one (1) to three (3) business days.
- The cut-off time for submitting a transfer for same-day processing is 4:00 PM EST each business day.
- Transfers in process or processed cannot be cancelled.
Transfers are subject to the following dollar limits, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the client and the bank:
- Limited to 5 outbound transfers per day, not to exceed a total of $3,000.
- If transferring funds from (outbound) savings or money market account(s), limited to 6 pre-authorized transfers per month.
- A service fee of $2.00 is charged for each outbound transfer submitted for processing.
