CSR Assist is a Q2 Central feature that provides associates with view-only access to a client's Online Banking service. Use CSR Assist to help clients navigate their own Online Banking services screens.
Use the following CSR Assist functions to aid clients:
Activity Center
If the client has used mobile deposit, use this to view the status of mobile deposits. Do the following:- To view the status of a deposited check, click Deposited Checks.
- If the status is Decline, view the reason and tell the client.
Move Money
Use this to view the accounts that the client has linked for transfer functions.
Services
Use Update Contact Info as follows:
- Guide the client through the process of updating his/her client contact information.
- Updating Online Banking does not automatically update the client CIF. If CIF updates are required, make the necessary changes to the client's profile.
Use Stop Payments to guide clients through the process.
Use Message Center to do the following:
- View the client's message to assist him/her in understanding.
- View the dates of messages as some may be very old.
Use Settings to assist the client in establishing setting preferences.
