Cash Advances at an ITM

TellerNow

Overview

A cash advance cannot be completed solely through an ITM. It is a 2 part process that begins with a teller inside the office. After processing the request and receiving an approval slip, the teller accompanies the client to the ITM to finish the advance. The Virtual Banker (VB) is responsible for completing the transaction in Teller Processing and dispensing the cash through TellerNow!. See Cash Advance for complete teller transaction processing.
