Introduction to TellerNow!

Overview

TellerNow! is the system Virtual Bankers use to perform transactions on the Capital City Bank (CCB) Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). TellerNow! has three main transaction functions: cash deposit (cash going in), check deposit (check going in), and cash withdrawal (cash coming out). Click through the tabs for more information on the appearance and functions of TellerNow!.

Transaction Source Codes

The following is a list of the source codes available to use in TellerNow! transactions.

Cash (F5) and check (F6) deposits:

  • Checking/MMA
  • Savings
  • Loan – Regular payment
  • Loan – Principal only
  • Loan – Payoff
  • Loan – Escrow
  • Loan – Interest only
  • Loan – Late fee
  • Saving Club
  • Money order
  • Cashier’s check

 

Cash withdrawals (F7):

  • Checking/MMA
  • Savings
  • Cash advance

 

Cash checks (F6):

  • Cash Check Bus

 

Other:

  • Cash exchange – In (cash only)
  • Cash exchange – Out (cash only)
  • Transfer
  • Safe Deposit Box Payment
 

Keyboard Shortcuts

TellerNow! specific keyboard shortcuts: 

  • F4 = Scan ID
  • F5 = Cash deposit (opens the Cash Acceptor)
  • F6 = Check deposit (opens the Check Acceptor)
  • F7 = Cash Withdrawal
  • F8 = Transfer

 

Windows Shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + C = Copy
  • Ctrl + V = Paste
  • Ctrl + Alt + Print Screen = Copy active window
  • Ctrl + + = Calculator
  • Tab = Skip to next field 
  • Windows + L  = Lock computer
 

Note: All transactions must be completed in Teller Processing before they are posted in TellerNow!
