Virtual Bankers must be aware of the status of each ITM. It is considered best practice to glance at the ITM Machine Info button on your TellerNow! screen at the beginning of every call. This helps to prevent issues from occurring during the transaction. For example: taking in a check to cash when the ID scanner is offline.

The Machine Info button has a border that is one of 3 colors:
- Green: Everything is in working order.
- Yellow: Something is wrong but it does not impede functionality (for example: the ITM is low on nickels).
- Red: Something is wrong that impedes full functionality (for example: the acceptor is jammed or a cassette is not seated properly).
If it is yellow or red, make sure to click the Machine Info button for more detailed information.
- In the TellerNow! screen, click Machine Info.
- This opens a new window that displays the status of the machine's hardware and real time currency counts.
