A safe deposit box key deposits of $25 is required on all new box rentals. Payment for the first year’s rent and key deposit are collected when a new box is rented.  

To locate the original safe deposit box key amount charged on an account, do the following:

1. In Xperience > SilverLake > Safe Deposit Box Menu > Safe Deposit Box Inquiry
2. Enter the client name, CIF or account number. 
3. Select the safe deposit box account from the Misc. Accounts listed. 
4. Review the Box Information tab under Miscellaneous to view the original key deposit amount.
