These are the letters and notices produced by the Bounce Protection service:

• The Introduction Letter is produced when the account meets the eligibility criteria. This letter includes the Bounce Protection brochure.
• The First Time User Letter is produced when the first item posts against the BP limit.
• The Bounce Protection Overdraft Notice is produced whenever items post to the account within the BP limit.
• The Insufficient Item Notice is produced when a check is presented for more than the BP limit.

The following letters are mailed as notice when a client is approaching the time-frame of losing BP privileges if the account is not brought to a positive balance within 30 days from the date of initial OD:

• 1st Letter - 20-Day Consecutive OD - Deposit Reminder
• 2nd Letter - 30-Day Consecutive OD - Deposit Reminder/Services Suspension/Close Account Pending/Fresh Start Notification
• 3rd Letter - 50-Day Consecutive OD - Account Charged Off
