Performing Sales Associate Maintenance

If you are requested to change the sales associate on the account level, do the following:

  1. Create the following Synapsys service event:
    1. In Xperience click Customer & Account Inquiry.
    2.  Enter the client's name, CIF, or TIN, and click Search. 
    3. Click Related Functions > CRM. 
    4. Click New Event/Activity > New Event > Service Event. 
    5. Click Deposit Services > DS-Other Maintenance.
    6. Click OK.
  2. Provide the current sales associate user id and the new sales associate user ID.
  3. Click Save > Save & Submit.
