If you are requested to change the sales associate on the account level, do the following:
- Create the following Synapsys service event:
- In Xperience click Customer & Account Inquiry.
- Enter the client's name, CIF, or TIN, and click Search.
- Click Related Functions > CRM.
- Click New Event/Activity > New Event > Service Event.
- Click Deposit Services > DS-Other Maintenance.
- Click OK.
- Provide the current sales associate user id and the new sales associate user ID.
- Click Save > Save & Submit.
