Placing Officer Codes - Guidelines & Functionality

Applications

Officer codes may be placed on the following applications serving multiple functions. To place your officer code, see the following tabs and table.

Numeric

For Lenders:

Place numeric codes at the CIF, deposit account, account analysis, and loan account levels. For loan accounts, place the code in the primary or secondary officer code fields.

 
 

Alphabetic

For associates who have completed PB II training:

Place alphabetic codes at the CIF, deposit account, and account analysis levels, and in the secondary officer code field only for loans approved by Central Underwriting.

 
 

Alphanumeric

For associates who have not completed PB II training:

Place alphanumeric codes at the CIF, deposit account, and account analysis levels. Do not use alphanumeric codes on loan accounts.

 
 

Place officer codes in the following SilverLake applications serving multiple functions as listed below.

Baker Hill: Credit administration
Laser Pro: Loan document production
Synergy: Reports
Synapsys: Show in client Accounts tab
