Purge Override

Overview

An account that is not uploaded into the system sits on the platform for 15 days before it falls off. If an account falls off the platform before it is uploaded, the entire account will need to be created again. The purge override allows associates to extend the date on an account so that it doesn't fall off before they have the opportunity to upload it to the system.

For example:
A business client comes into an office but does not have all signers present. The client takes the signature card to obtain the other officer signatures and indicates they will return the next business day. The client does not return timely and on day 12 the client indicates they are out of town and it will be a few days longer before they can get back into the office.

The purge override will extend the date so the account doesn't fall off the platform.
