Associates with a numeric officer code are responsible for managing a loan portfolio (if the associate does not already have lending authority, he/she will receive it soon from Credit Administration).

To request new officer numeric codes (for lenders) the Community President or Division Head does the following:

1. E-mail Susan Hill to request a code.
2. Credit Administration e-mails the officer code request to Application Services to be added to the appropriate applications and copies the requester. The e-mail contains the following information:
   • Officer code: This number is generated using the next available number in the JHA officer code parameters.
   • Officer name
   • Market name
   • Associate’s job title
