Capital City Bank (CCB) Online Banking puts control of our client's money at their fingertips by offering online access to account information, eDocuments and access through mobile banking.
Clients can check balances, pay bills, transfer funds or sign up for alerts that provide bill pay notification when payments are due or when the balance reaches a certain amount.
Follow one of the procedures below to enroll clients in online/Mobile Banking or submit a new service requests for client Online Banking access.
Note: If the signer is in Fiduciary capacity (for example: Representative Payee, UTMA, etc.) a Synapsys Service Event is required to enroll them in Online Banking Services.
Consumer
Each signer (primary and joint) on the account can request the Online Banking service and each will be the service owner of his/her consumer Online Banking service. Enrollment in our Online Banking service provides same day, view-only access and full service access within 48 business hours of initial enrollment. E-documents are automatically included with the consumer enrollment.
Note: If the signer is in fiduciary capacity, a Synapsys Service Event is required to enroll them in Online Banking Services.
To enroll a consumer client in Online Banking services, do the following:
- Click the BOL Enroll desktop icon to access the Online Banking Enrollment screen.

Note: All updates to client CIF, including client's email address, must be completed prior to enrolling in online banking.

- Complete all fields.
- Username should NOT be the client's name, account number, or email address.

Associate name should be spelled out completely, initial are not acceptable.

Note: If the consumer client does not have a Social Security Number enrollment must be completed through a BOL-Maintenance Synapsys Service Event.

- Click Continue.
- A Congratulations! screen displays.
Possible Issues

- Click Continue.
- Encourage the client to download the CCBMobile App from Google Play or Apple App stores.
- Have the client access Online Banking or CCBMobile App and click First-time Login/Password.

- Have the client enter their Username and then create a Password.
- Recommend a strong password using special characters and numbers that is unique.
- Advise the client that he/she is required to accept the Online Banking Terms & Conditions at the first login to Online Banking.
- Note: E-documents are automatically included with the consumer enrollment. A Synapsys Service Event is ONLY needed if the client does not want e-documents after enrollment.
Business
Only one signer on the account can request the Online Banking service and that signer is designated the service owner of the Business' Online Banking service.
- Complete the following Synapsys service event: OLB - New Business Request Plus Edocs.
- If a client wants access to multiple business accounts with common ownership under 1 online banking registration, do the following:

Complete the Addendum to Capital City Bank online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement
- Click here to access the Addendum.
- Enter the date.
- Complete the Client and Client Affiliate sections with Business names, service owner signature and title
- Note: Client and Client Affiliate signature is the service owner/authorized signer for BOTH business accounts. This is the signature of the person with common ownership among the businesses.
- Complete the Bank section by signing your name, printing your name and entering your title.
- Attach the completed Addendum to the Synapsys service event.

Consumer (Online Request)
- Consumer clients can enroll online by visiting www.ccbg.com.
- On the CCB website, do one of the following:
- Click Personal > Online banking.
- Click Log In > Enroll.
- Click Personal > Online banking.
- Clients are required to complete the enrollment process and click Continue.
E-documents are automatically included with the online request.
