Why does a client need a Secure Access Code (SAC) each time he/she logs in to Online Banking?
If a device browser is not set up to allow cookies from CCBG.com, the client needs a SAC each time he/she logs in to Online Banking. To avoid this, recommend that the client allow his/her browsers to accept cookies. This allows the system to remember the clients' devices.
