Clear Cache / Cookies on Web Browser

Click on the tabs below for the steps to clear cache / cookies.

Firefox

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Click the Menu    icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Settings Privacy & Security.
  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
  5. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  6. Click Clear.
Delete

Google Chrome

  1. Launch Chrome.
  2. Click the Menu   button in the top right corner.
  3. Select More Tools >Clear browsing data.
  4. Use the drop-down arrow to choose a Time range.
  5. Mark the appropriate boxes for clearing browsing data. 
  6. Click Clear Data.
Delete

Edge

  1. Click on the edge menu menu button in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. In the Clear browsing data field, click Choose what to clear.
  4. Mark the boxes for Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
  5. Click Clear.
Delete

Internet Explorer

For Security reasons, as of April 7, 2020 Capital City Bank will no longer support IE 11(or lower).  Tell clients to use a different browser for a secure online banking experience.
