Configuring Security Alerts

Client initiated security alerts

Clients have the ability to configure security alerts through their Online Banking Services. Security alerts notify clients when security-related events occurs on their accounts.  Available alert types vary depending on account type.

Advise clients to follow these steps to enable or disable security alerts:

  1. Log in to their Online Banking account.
  2. Click Settings > Alerts.
  3. Click or tap Security Alerts.
  4. To enable an alert, click or tap On. To disable an alert, click or tap Off.
    • Note: Alerts set to On will show a blue check mark.
  5. On the Save Alert page, click or tap Close when finished.
