Clients have the ability to configure security alerts through their Online Banking Services. Security alerts notify clients when security-related events occurs on their accounts. Available alert types vary depending on account type.
Advise clients to follow these steps to enable or disable security alerts:
- Log in to their Online Banking account.
- Click Settings > Alerts.
- Click or tap Security Alerts.
- To enable an alert, click or tap On. To disable an alert, click or tap Off.
- Note: Alerts set to On will show a blue check mark.
- On the Save Alert page, click or tap Close when finished.
