Online Banking Travel Notifications

Client Self-service Travel Rules

Clients can add a travel rule to their debit card(s) to makes the bank aware that they are traveling. The client's debit card will be noted to prevent transactions from blocking while they are outside their normal area of activity.

Advise clients to follow these steps to place a travel notification:

  1. Log in to their Online Banking account. 
  2. Click Services > Travel Notification.
  3. Enter Information and click Submit.
