External Bill Pay Support

Overview

iPay is the third-party external support for Online Banking Bill Pay services used by associates. iPay allows us to:

  • Unlock clients from Bill Pay
  • Identify payees
  • Identify the date that the payment was processed or mailed out 
  • Identify the payment payment type as electronic or check
    • If payment was made by check, the check number
  • Identify the payee's account number 
  • Identify the address that the payment was sent to
  • UPS tracking information for checks
 

Getting Started

  1. Log in to iPay Master and click Subscriber.
  2. Using the drop-down menu, set your Search By field to account number.
  3. In the Search For field enter the account number.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When the Consumer Search results populates, click Edit to access the client information.
  6. Continue to the appropriate tab for additional content.


Business Accounts

iPay cannot identify a business client if the primary account holder information contains the business name.  

Update the account information in iPay by doing the following:

  1. Verify the identity of the client by using one of the following:
  2. After completing the Getting Started tab, change the primary account holder information to be the authorized individual for the business.
  3. Change the secondary account holder to the name of the business.
  4. The client can now contact iPay directly and be properly identified.

 



Payment Details

  1. After completing the Getting Started tab, from the Subscriber Options menu on the left of the screen, select Payment History.

  2. Enter the search criteria and click Submit.

  3. Click View Details for the transaction you want to see.
  4. The Payment Details screen shows:
    • When payment was processed
    • Name of payee
    • If the payment was electronic or check
    • Check number if applicable
    • Estimated arrival for payment
    • Address payment was mailed to
    • USPS tracking information 

Proof of Payment

  1. After completing the Getting Started tab, from the Subscriber Options menu on the left of the screen, select Payment History.
  2. Enter search criteria and click Submit.
  3. Click View Details for the transaction you want to see.
  4. Click View Proof of Payment.
  5. On this page, view the payee account number for which payment was sent.
  6. Proof of payment can be sent to a client by selecting the Export to: method.
