Online Banking e-Documents

E-Notices and E-Statements

E-Notices and e-Statements are available to view through Online Banking. E-Statements are available to view for 18 months and e-notices or messages are available for 60 days. Clients must have a checking account or savings account in order to enroll in e-Statements. 

Clients with a consumer account (checking or savings) can add e-Documents to their tax forms. Click on the tabs below for procedures on enrolling and unenrolling in e-Documents.

Note: e-statements are accessible for 45 days after an account has been closed or charged off.

Clients (self-service)

Tell clients to do the following:

  1. Log in to their Online Banking account. 
  2. Click Services > E-Documents > Documents and Settings. 
    1. Check the box next to the account to enroll in e-documents.
    2. Click Save Settings.


Associates

Do the following:

  1. Create the following Synapsys service event: Service Session > e-document – New/Add/Delete maint, EXISTING CLIENT
  2. Complete all required fields and then click Submit.


Additional Recipients

Clients can set their e-Documents to deliver to an additional recipient. This recipient does not have to be an account owner or an authorized signer. The additional recipient must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the e-Documents.

To specify an additional e-Document recipient do the following:

  1. Assign him/her a user name, e-mail address, and access PIN
  2. Have the client do the following:
    1. Log in to his/her Online Banking account.
    2. Click Services > e-Documents > Additional Recipients.
    3. Click Add Additional Recipients
    4. Enter the following for the new recipient:
      • Assign Documents to be sent
      • Username 
      • Email address 
      • Access PIN 


Opt Out of e-Documents

To stop delivery of an e-document, have the client do the following: 

  1. Log in to his/her Online Banking account. 
  2. Click Services > e-Documents > Documents and Settings.
  3. Un-check the box on the e-document(s) to stop delivery. Note: When you un-check the e-document, you begin receiving mailed (paper) documents with the next regularly scheduled printing or statement cycle at the last address on record.
