To change the Online Banking service owner for a business client, do the following:
- In Xperience, check the signature card.
- Look up the client by clicking Customer & Account Inquiry > Related Functions.
- Click Document/Image Inquiry.
- Choose the most recent signature card.
- Determine if the current Online Banking service owner is no longer a signer on the signature card.
- If the Online Banking service owner is NOT a signer, continue with submitting the Synapsys service event.
- If the Online Banking service owner is still a signer, obtain a letter signed by this person requesting the change and naming the new owner.
- Look up the client by clicking Customer & Account Inquiry > Related Functions.
- Create this Synapsys service event: Change Business Service Owner.
- Complete all applicable fields.
- Attach the letter to the Synapsys service event (if applicable).
- Click Submit.
