Overview
Business clients can have multiple users with access to the online service.
The System Administrator has full access to client accounts enrolled in the Capital City Bank Online Banking Service. The System Administrator is responsible for managing client users. Only the options that the System Administrator has designated are displayed to the Client users.
Client users can be setup to have specific account access, individual transaction permission levels and setup as additional administrators. Once added, users can conduct transactions on authorized accounts. Multi-users for online banking services has an automatic fee applied monthly through analysis. Clients receive analysis statements.
If a business client already has existing multi-user access, they can request additional users through their Bank Online services under the Commercial option in the menu. See Client (self-service) tab for instructions.

Synapsys
To request Multi-user access for Online Banking Business clients, submit the following Synapsys Service Event:
- In Xperience, click the CRM icon.
- Click New Event/Activity > Create New Event > Service Session.
- Choose OLB- New Multi User Request > Click OK
- Complete the fields as indicated below.
- Click on the Multi User Enrollment Form link and have the client complete the form which includes their authorized signature for enrollment.
- On the V, D, W (View, Deposit, Withdrawal) section, circle what access the client wants to grant to the multi user.
- Completed form must be attached to Synapsys Service event for processing.

- Advise client that new user(s) will receive a Welcome email with log in credentials once the request is processed.
Client Services Center (CSC)
When a business client wants to allow multiple users access to the online banking services, do the following:
- Verify the person on the phone call is the BOL Service Owner by going to: Business CIF > CRM> Events/Activities Tab > Activities : BOL Owner (name)
- Complete the Synapsys Event by going to New Event > Create New Event > Service Session
- Chose OLB - New Multi User Request.
- Click OK.
- Before you can complete the event, the client must sign the Multi-User Enrollment Form and return it.
- Click on the Multi User Enrollment Form link in Synapsys and assist the client by filling it out using the example below.
- Send the prefilled form to Correspondence using the Outlook Quick Step, and have the form sent to the Business CIF's BOL messaging center.
- The client will need to download, print and sign and then scan the completed document back to their BOL center.
- Client will then download, print, sign, scan and return the completed multi user form through their BOL service.
- Correspondence will return the completed form back to the original requesting associate, and the associate will then complete the Synapsys event by attaching the completed form.
Clients (self-service)
Once a client is set up with multi-users access, clients can log in to Online Banking to add and delete additional users as needed.
- Log in with username and password to land on the home page of the online banking service.
- Click the Commercial Tab on the left side of the screen then User Management
- Click Add User
- Complete all required fields then click Save
- Next, Assign Rights for every user in each category below.
- Be sure to look at each tab
- Enable or disable access
- Select features
- Choose accounts that Assigned Rights apply to
- Viewing options for each category are:
- Can view own transactions
- Can view all transactions
- Cannot view any transactions
- Save after each step.
- Provide the new user with the login credentials created and they are ready for business.
