Online Banking Check Reorders

Clients can reorder checks through bank online

Clients can reorder checks through the online banking services as long as they have placed an order for checks in the last 2 years. Clients cannot make an initial (first time) order for checks through online banking.

Advise clients to follow these steps to reorder checks:

  1. Log in to their Online Banking account. 
  2. Click Services > Reorder Checks.
  3. Choose the account for which you are reordering checks.
  4. The Harland Clarke site opens in a new browser tab.
  5. Click Quick Order. 
  6. On the Review Your Order page do the following:
    • Verify personal information (name/address) 
    • Starting check number
    • Choose check style (duplicate/single)
    • Quantity
      • For an additional charge, clients can choose to upgrade the following: distinctive lettering, accent symbol, or one-liner
  7. Click Add to Cart.
  8. Proceed to checkout.
  9. Verify shipping options and payment.
    • NOTE: payment is made from the account for which checks are being reordered
  10. Click Submit Order.
